Bookings will be accepted once a quote has been prepared and confirmed. A quote will be sent out via email attached as a PDF file.

This will include:

• Your required booking date and location.
• An itemised list of your requirements, including the number of people involved.
• An itemised breakdown of the cost.
• Separate travel costs.
• The due date for payment of your deposit.
• Payment and cancellation terms and conditions.

In order to complete this process I will need:

• A valid email address
• Verbal or written agreement to the quote.

Once finalised, I will send a booking confirmation via email that will include a booking reference that you must quote in any subsequent correspondence.

Alterations

If changes are made to your requirements I must be notified immediately. You will then receive a revised quote.

Booking Date

The date of the occasion is secured once the deposit has been received. A confirmation email will then be sent.

Deposit

Bookings are subject to £25 deposit which is payable on agreement of the personalised quote.

Please note: Deposit for weddings differ, as they will be taken at the end of the make-up trial where the agreement form will be signed.

This will include a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your wedding day charge that will act as a cancellation provision and secure the wedding day date.

Balance Payment

Total payment is due and payable on completion of the assignment.
